Parties
This engagement is between ZFT Consulting LLC (doing business as Zero Fuss Taxes) and the client identified in the prior steps of this wizard.
Scope of services
Our office will prepare the federal and applicable state individual income tax returns for the current tax year based on documents and information you provide. We do not audit, review, or verify the information given to us. If issues arise that require additional work, our office will discuss them with you before continuing.
Fees
Fees are based on time, complexity, and the plan you selected. The quoted price is a good-faith estimate. Final invoice may adjust if records reveal additional complexity. Payment is due before e-filing unless otherwise arranged.
Refund advance
If you request a refund advance through a third-party bank partner via our our authorized e-file partner bundle, a separate disclosure and waiver will be presented. Approval is not guaranteed and is decided by the bank, not our office.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. You agree to retain documents per IRS recordkeeping rules and to respond to office requests in a reasonable timeframe.
Privacy
We protect your data per our published privacy policy. We do not sell client information. Contact info@zerofusstaxes.com for any privacy question.
Communication
Our office communicates primarily by secure portal, email, and the published phone line at 689-331-5723. Someone from our office will be your point of contact.
Termination
Either party may terminate this engagement in writing. Work completed up to termination is billable.
Envelope ID will be issued by our office after you proceed.
