Refund advance and third parties
If you choose to apply for a refund advance, the information needed to process that application is shared with the third-party lender that offers the loan. Their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
We retain tax records for the periods required by law and professional standards, protected by the same safeguards described above. When records are no longer needed, they are securely disposed of.
